Monday – Thursday:  10:00 – 15.00 Training        
Friday:  10:00 – 15:00 Training, and evaluation
Dayplan:
09:30 – 10:00: Welcome
10.00 – 11:15:   Training the individual skills
11:15 – 11.30:    Fruit break
11:30 – 12.30:   Tactic – training 
12:30 – 14:00:   Lunch
14:00 – 15:00:  Training /competition 

The week of traning, ends with a competitions where we invite the strongest teams in Denmark to Barbecue Grill and evaluation for each player.

And also the week’s training will take place at a high level, following the Spanish training guidelines with a focus on individual performance in tactics, technique, physics and psychology. We already have had  the plessure of a visit from the coaches in February for a weekend of training with huge success.
